Basic Terms & Conditions
The following guidelines apply to all staff covered by the Pay Framework Agreement:
Grades 1 - 7
Hours of work per week - 35 hours
Probation period - 6 months
Notice period - 1 month
Overtime - At standard rates except in specific circumstances
Flexi Leave - Available unless there is a genuine occupational reason why it cannot apply (locally determined)
Grades 8 - 10
Hours of work per week - Not determined (notional 35 hours)
Probation period - 12 months
Notice period - 2 months
Additional Payments - Only made in exceptional circumstances
