Academic Portfolio Support
This is the process for programme management, subject to approval by Faculties and verification by the Planning & Programme Development Committee (PPDC).
Outcomes of this process will determine, for example:
- Eligibility for validation
- Inclusion within the target-setting process
- The process of module development via Module Catalogue
- The audit and analysis of programme approval
This process covers the management of new programmes, programme title changes and closure activity, which is undertaken (together with commensurate analysis at the level of the module) to inform future planning and benchmarking activity. This is all carried out in line with the requirements of the UMF regulations and the schedule imposed by the Academic Calendar.
