Estate Management is responsible for a range of functions in managing the University. We are here to support teaching, learning and research by providing and maintaining an appropriate physical environment. The Estate is managed in accordance with the principles of the University  Strategic Plan, and Estate Strategy, specific requirements of the Higher Education Funding Council for England, and the day to day needs of students, staff and visitors.The Estate Management Team hope these pages will be useful and informative.
