2010 entry confirmed

LJMU racing team have been invited to compete at the 2010 Formula Student event. The selection process was changed this year from a first come first serve to an application process. The applications were judged by the Formula Student Steering Committee and 100 successful teams invited.

The LJMU racing team has been actively involved with the IMechE Formula Student program for 3 years with 2010 being our first year entering class 1 competition.
LJMU racing team won first prize in design and were overall winners in class 2 at Silverstone 2009 with LJMU09, we are currently developing and building our first class 1 entry LJMU10 for dynamic competion at Silverstone 2010. With such a huge task to undertake the team structure, sponsorship strategy and workshop facilities have all been addressed and revised to accommadate our ever growing team and hard working attitudes to give LJMU racing team the support needed for a class 1 entry.
