It is with the deepest sadness that we announce the death of Tom Reilly.

With a Teaching Quality score of 24/24 and a maximum rating for research quality (5**), the figures speak for themselves - the authors of the Times Good University Guide agreed when they ranked us first in the country. This School is the only Sport and Exercise institute in the UK to receive maximum scores for both teaching and research.
