LJMU Priority Subject Compact for Student Associates
Subjects: Science, Design & Technology, Information Technology, Mathematics, Modern Languages and Engineering
As part of this LJMU scheme, applicants that are currently participating in the Student Associates Scheme, or have previously successfully completed the scheme, will be guaranteed an interview at LJMU providing they meet the minimum interview requirements for the above courses:
- Completing, or completed a good honours degree
- Holding, or in the process of achieving GCSE grade C in English language and Mathematics or equivalent
- Detailed Personal Statement building on your experience as an SAS student and demonstrating your commitment and enthusiasm for the profession
- A satisfactory reference
- You must apply in good time to be guaranteed an interview - if the course is shut or full, you cannot be interviewed.
If you wish to take part in this scheme, you must ensure that you highlight your involvement in the Student Associates Scheme in your personal statement.
All applications must be made via The Graduate Teacher Training Registry.
