The World of Work Careers Centre (formerly the Graduate Development Centre) is running a series of one day World of Work Skills Boot Camps during May and June to help get you up to speed with the jobs market and to achieve the employer-backed World of Work Skills Certificate.

World of Work Boot Camp is an intensive day covering Bronze, Silver and Gold stages of the World of Work Skills Certificate, with workshops on Self Awareness, Organisational Awareness, Making Things Happen and How to Write a World of Work Statement.

After attending a Boot Camp you will write your World of Work statements for each of the three stages (Bronze, Silver and Gold). The final submission date for Gold statements is noon on 29th June. If your Gold statement meets all of the criteria to a level which would be acceptable to employers you will be able to progress to the final stage of the process – the Employer Interview.

April: 11.  May: 9, 10, 14, 15, 21, 25, 30, 31.  June: 7, 8, 12, 14.
