The University is committed to ensuring that assessment is conducted with rigour and fairness, affording students the best possible opportunity to perform to the best of their ability in examinations. The University has in place policies, procedures, rules and regulations for the conduct of examinations. This training session will cover the main aspects of the role of invigilators including responsibilities prior to, during and following the completion of the examination. This includes circumstances such as dealing with late candidates, fire alarms, candidates causing a disturbance and suspicions of academic misconduct.
