LJMU’s Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Team would like to invite all members of the LJMU Women Professors, Women Readers & Women Pre-Readers Networks, to attend a pre-summer gathering, to talk about:

 

  • The Readership/Professorship application process
  • Discuss the LJMU (Informal) Mentoring Initiative
  • Look at how the Women Pre/Reader Network will be supported throughout the next academic year (to ensure we have annual coverage)
  • Discuss next steps for the Networks going forward

2)   The production of a booklet filled with case studies of current LJMU female academics to act as inspiration, celebration and incentives for career progression

 

3)    LJMU to host a Women’s Academic Pride Conference in March 2020 in connection with International Women's Day (8th March p/a)
