Chief Constable Serena Kennedy will be delivering this year's Annual Chief Constable Lecture.
There is much debate about Policing at the moment particularly around the role of Policing and what our priorities should be.
There are numerous references to Policing getting back to basics but what do we mean by ‘the basics’ and does this narrative help Policing explain the complexity of what we are dealing with or further impact on the trust and confidence of our communities?
