Biography

Graduated in 1994 from Lancashire Polytechnic (now UCLAN) in law with a 2.1 Hons degree. On graduation, I worked in the legal department of Lancashire trading standards and later in criminal practice in Manchester. I specialise in criminal law and practice and related areas. I have taught at Lancaster University and BPP college before joining LJMU in 2009.
