Colin is a lecturer in the School of Sport Studies, Leisure and Nutrition. Colin teaches on the BA (Hons) Sport Development programme Colin’s teaching includes Practical Delivery of Sport, Research Methods, Engaging Under-represented Groups and Contemporary Issues in Sport Development, to name a few. Colin is a UEFA B coach and has worked at Tranmere Rovers FC, Everton Ladies FC and currently is a 1st team coach at Liverpool Feds Ladies FC, who play in the Women’s Premier League. He completed his PhD at Liverpool John Moores University in January 2017, which focused on gendered issues associated with the complexities of formal coach education.
