Hayley Janssen


Since qualifying with a first class honours degree in Community Nutrition (AfN accredited), I have continued with my research. I am currently completing a PhD regarding the dietary patterns of takeaway (fast) food consumers, their socio-demographic and lifestyle determinants, and associated metabolite biomarkers in urine. My main research interests are the food environment and public health nutrition and I have teaching specialisation in community nutrition, dietary assessment, nutrition science and quantitative research methods.
