Milly is a Senior Lecturer in Sport Development and Social Inclusion. Milly's
research interests focus on sport and social inclusion, specifically exploring gender issues in sport. She is currently completing her PhD, which is longitudinally examining women's behaviour change in sport and physical activity. This work builds on the Sport England Funded 'I Will if You Will' evaluation, on which Milly was principal investigator. That project informed the national roll-out of the 'This Girl Can' ( campaign.
