Wendy is the Programme Leader for Food Development and Nutrition. In 2015 Wendy was awarded a National Teaching Fellowship and is also a recognised Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Wendy has held positions in research and development within appliance development and has previously run her own consultancy business specialising in appliance development.
Wendy's teaching interests focus on all aspects of Food Development and Nutrition. Her research interests focus on student engagement and the student experience.
