Marie Hie is the current President of Liverpool John Moores Students’ Union.

She studied Forensic Psychology and Criminal Justice and has previously been involved with the Students Union as part-time BAME Officer working in support of the EDI team. Marie has also been involved in the Decolonising the Curriculum Working Group and her main objectives for the year ahead will focus on EDI and intersectionality.
