Pay it Forward

We have a number of talented students looking to take a year out in industry on a sandwich placement. This is often a first toe in the water for them as they embark on their career journey. Do you have the capacity to nurture one of our students and introduce them to the world of work in a supportive environment? If so, we’d love to hear from you. A full package of mentoring support will be established to help you get the most out of this 12-month placement. We’ll also pay 50% of their salary as well as providing them the extra support they need to be the best they possibly can. Don’t forget, our sandwich placement students possess currency of knowledge, fresh insights plus buckets of enthusiasm. They just need that extra guidance from professionals such as you to mentor them.
