Research Study: Does New Zealand blackcurrant extract improve post exercise recovery?

Take part in our study

Males aged 18-35 required

Researchers in the School of Sport and Exercise Sciences are looking for participants to take part in a study investigating whether New Zealand blackcurrant extract supplementation improves recovery from a single bout of exercise. We have attached a participant information sheet to this email.

To be eligible for the study you must be:

  • Male
  • Aged 18-35 years
  • No known cardiovascular or metabolic disorders
  • BMI < 30
  • Participate in at least 150 min structured physical activity per week.
  • No known allergy to blackcurrants
  • No known food allergies
  • No blood disorders e.g. haemophilia
