Vegan vs omnivorous diet study

Can you help us in this study?

This study will investigate the effects of a vegan versus omnivorous diet on muscle size, strength and cardiovascular fitness. The study involves the measurement of muscle size, strength and a maximal endurance test. It will take three separate laboratory visits to the LJMU facilities where you will firstly be familiarised with the study protocol and then tested for the measurements mentioned above on two occasions.
