    Olivia is a marketing executive and a degree apprenticeship graduate, having studied with us over four years before gaining her BSc in Digital Technology Solutions. She is passionate about STEM opportunities for all, uncovering data bias and championing diverse career pathways.

  7. Rio Boothe

    Rio Boothe is an LJMU student and a para-athlete. He competes in athletics with the Manchester Harriers and with the LJMU Athletics Team. He’s a real role model for others with disabilities and is striving to raise awareness about the challenges disabled people face when trying to access sport.

    LJMU has a number of strategies and initiatives in place to promote sustainable travel for University students and staff. Find out about our commitments and what you can do to help reduce emissions by taking alternative means of transport.

  9. Programme for River Flow 2024

    The River Flow 2024 programme is subject to change and will be finalized soon. Registration will open from 8am, while sessions will run from 8.30am to 5.30pm, with lunch provided at 1pm.

  10. Hannah Kate Whelan

    Hannah is an impressive LJMU alumni and former British gymnast turned coach and now mother. During her career she represented England and Great Britain at competitions including the Olympics, Commonwealth Games, British, European and World Championships, all while balancing her studies as a sports scholar.
