Distinguished guests and friends of the university were invited to a Founders’ Day dinner at Liverpool Anglican Cathedral yesterday evening, Thursday 6 July, to commemorate LJMU’s Bicentenary.
The degree show titled ‘This is what we do’ marks an incredible milestone in LJMU’s history as the art school marks its own bicentenary, celebrating 200 years of the Liverpool School of Art and Design.
LJMU's Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Team are proud to be working in partnership with a number of subject specialists, to deliver a range of interactive (online) staff development training opportunities, including the introduction of two brand new courses; a 2 hour Domestic Abuse Awareness Workshop and a 90min 'Actions Speak Louder' Experiential Allyship (Race) training session, as well as the return of LJMU's 3 hour Transgender Awareness Workshop (back by popular demand).
Anna Kaparaki, a lecturer in maritime law with LJMU, has been named in the list for the fifth consecutive year.
