Development Needs Analysis Form (DNA)

This questionnaire is designed for all staff, to help identify personal development needs and plan appropriate development support.  Completing the questionnaire is useful in preparing for appraisal, to identify any development requirements for your existing role, or a new role. The form is based on the AUA Professional Behaviours for all HE staff.

On request a Leadership and Development Adviser will assist you in completing the questionnaire, and advise you on appropriate development activity to meet your personal needs.

Session Booking

The Leadership and Development Foundation offers a wide range of Induction, open and bespoke professional development activities for all LJMU staff.  There is the opportunity throughout the year for you to attend sessions and/or enrol on accredited programmes.

Prior To Booking a Session

Please seek confirmation from your line manager/supervisor that you can attend an event or session prior to booking your place.

How To Book

All staff can book themselves on to programmes, sessions and events via the Staff Development Calendar. Choose the event you want to book on to from the calendar and add your details.
