Assessment

Reflective portfolio

You are required to write a 4000-word portfolio of evidence, based upon a study from your clinical area. This must be underpinned by the 4 elements of Advance Clinical Practice (clinical, teaching, research, and leadership) critically analysing the decision-making processes made.

You are also required to complete a portfolio demonstrating completion of competencies and reflections

The purpose of this assignment is to utilise the knowledge and processes involved in clinical decision making, alongside enabling you to reflect and analyse a particular case which you have directly encountered that has had an impact on your learning. Therefore, it will enable you to derive meaning from aspects of your clinical learning through the integration of theory.
