Registration for Students at the Heart Conference 2025

Registration is now open to all LJMU staff, students, and colleagues from LJMU’s partner institutions.

To register for the conference please complete the registration form.

You do not need to pre-register for individual sessions apart from workshops.

Workshop details can be found on the Programme webpage and in the Submission overview booklet (Word, 231KB).

Room capacity is limited so we advise you to arrive in good time for the session.

Admission cannot be guaranteed if a room reaches full capacity.

Keynote and session locations

Keynotes will be held in the Redmonds Building each morning.

All subsequent sessions will take place in the Student Life Building.

Planning your attendance

To help us with catering arrangements and avoiding waste, we kindly ask that you indicate whether you will attend the morning and/or afternoon sessions and require lunch for the days that you are attending.

Registration deadline

Registration will close at 12pm on Wednesday 11 June 2025.

Photography and filming
