Say thank you to a colleague – send a ‘highfive’
One key theme from the 2024 staff survey was that not all staff felt valued for the contribution they make to the university.
In response, to help spread appreciation for colleagues’ hard work, achievements and milestones we are excited to announce the launch of the ‘highfive’ recognition platform, which is available on our existing Vivup Benefits Platform.
With Vivup highfive, you can:
- say thank you to a colleague for their support or a job well done
- acknowledge instances where your colleagues have gone above and beyond
- celebrate personal or professional milestones
To find out more and ‘highfive’ a colleague, simply:
- Log in or register at Vivup using your LJMU email address
- Once logged in, select the Vivup highfive banner
- Use the ‘highfive a colleague’ option to start celebrating success!
