Registration for Students at the Heart Conference 2026

Registration is now open to all LJMU staff, students, and colleagues from LJMU’s partner institutions.

Registration details

To register for the conference please complete the registration form.

You do not need to pre-register for individual sessions or workshops.

Session and workshop details can be found on the Programme webpage and in the Submission overview booklet (Word, 349KB).

Room capacity is limited so we advise you to arrive in good time for the session.

Admission cannot be guaranteed if a room reaches full capacity.

Keynote and session locations

The conference will take place on campus.

Planning your attendance

To help us with catering arrangements and avoiding waste, we kindly ask that you indicate whether you will attend the morning and/or afternoon sessions and require lunch for the days that you are attending.

Registration deadline

Registration will close on Monday 8 June 2026 at 5pm.

Photography and filming
