Information Sessions
The Doctoral Academy is offering information sessions to provide LJMU students and graduates with the opportunity to learn more about doctoral study.
The next session is 1.30-3.30pm, Tuesday 3rd September 2024 on Teams, lead by Dr Scott Foster and Dr Komang Ralebitso Senior. An in person event to be held on campus, will take place 3pm-5.30pm on Wednesday 18th September 2024. Both sessions will look at:
- What a PhD is
- Why you should study for a PhD
- The routes into PhD and Doctoral study
- The structure of a PhD
- What the entry requirements are
