Registrations are now being taken for a free two-day leadership event, The Leadership Mosaic: Managing Yourself and Leading Others.
If you are currently in a line management role at any grade up to grade 10, we would love you to register.
About the event

Dates: Tuesday 3 and Wednesday 4 February 2026
Times: 9am until 4.45pm on both days

We’ll hear about leadership challenges and grief literacy from guest speakers Rosie Jones, Director of Student and Library Services at Teesside University and Rowan Humphries-Massey, Director of Navigating the Wilderness CIC.
There will be discussions on the ‘challenges’ that leaders face, resilience, the impact of coaching on leaders, a Q&A with members of the HR team and more.
At the end of day one, delegates will be placed in action learning sets with a view to working closely together on day two and potentially on an ongoing basis after the event.
