Canvas notifications | Staff guide
You can change how Canvas sends you messages. Your choices only affect your account, not other people.
Notification delivery options:
- Notify immediately - Get messages as soon as they are sent.
- Daily summary - One email each day with all messages.
- Weekly summary - One email each week with all messages.
- Notifications off - No email or summary.
If you change a notification setting changes take effect immediately.
You can reply to some Canvas emails. Your reply will appear in your Canvas message inbox. Files you add to the email may not show in Canvas.
