Accessing Vevox add in from a PowerPoint on an LJMU managed PC | Staff guide

The following guide will show you how to add Vevox polls to your PowerPoint slides from an LJMU managed PC or laptop.

Finding the Vevox button in PowerPoint 

1. Open PowerPoint 
2. The Vevox Add-in should appear on the PowerPoint ribbon, under an icon labelled 'Insert Poll'

In order for the Vevox session to communicate through the PowerPoint slides and the student's devices, you will need to log in to a Vevox session using the following steps. 

1. Click on 'Get Started'.
   
2. Click the 'Log in with Microsoft' button.
   
3. Sign in using username@ljmu.ac.uk and password if prompted.
   
4. Select your session from the menu.
   
5. You can now add your poll slides from the side panel
