Service standards

Measuring the service offered by LJMU Libraries.

Library Services have developed the following standards so that you know the level of service you can expect when using LJMU Libraries. We will review our service standards annually to monitor and improve our services.

Where we set standards according to days and weeks, this refers to our office hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The libraries themselves are staffed throughout the week including during the evenings. Staff support is available during all staffed opening hours.
