Restarting the Panopto Windows Recorder | Staff guide
If you are encountering issues with Panopto and PowerPoint or are stuck in an authentication loop, please use the following steps to fix the issue:
- Close down Panopto and PowerPoint
- Open App Player (the green arrow at the bottom of your screen)
- Search for Panopto
- Click “PanRepair”

- Restart Panopto and continue
