Restarting the Panopto Windows Recorder | Staff guide

If you are encountering issues with Panopto and PowerPoint or are stuck in an authentication loop, please use the following steps to fix the issue:

  1. Close down Panopto and PowerPoint
  2. Open App Player (the green arrow at the bottom of your screen)
  3. Search for Panopto
  4. Click “PanRepair”
  5. Restart Panopto and continue
