Estate Management provide a comprehensive, customer focused, professional switchboard service which is available Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays) between the hours of 8.30am – 5.00pm (uk time).
The switchboard operators provide a number of services including:
- Answering calls to the University and transferring calls to correct individuals and departments
- Dealing with initial University enquiries by providing answers to callers questions and/or directing them to the correct location
- Providing further assistance as required i.e. giving directions to callers, opening times if requested and any advice to university visitors if requested
- Conflict resolution prowess to deal with irate callers
Not only does the University switchboard provide a professional telecommunications system, it is also a hive of knowledge in supporting the needs of the business.
