The Maintenance team is responsible for keeping the University's buildings "fit for purpose" we oversee all minor works, repairs, reactive, long term and planned preventative maintenance. We also assure that we are compliant with all statutory regulations. In order to do this we manage a new single source Estate Management maintenance contractor GRAHAM FM They will have staff permanently based on site and will be taking calls at Exchange Station working alongside the Estate Management Team. They will operate a 24/7 Helpdesk. When calls cannot be answered at Exchange Station, they will be transferred to their control centre in Belfast.

Any requests for Maintenance should be made via contacting the IT / Estate Customer Services Help Desk Therefore, if your issue is regarding a Repair or Breakdown in your area it is classed as Maintenance.
