Hai Fan Xiang ( 1935 - Present )

• An international Award of Merit in Structural Engineering for the contributions in structural engineering.
• His achievements are in Bridge and Wind engineering, leading expert for Bridge engineering and the founder of bridge, wind resistance in China.
• Significant contributions were also made in structural Mechanics and design which includes the analytical stability analysis, construction process control and structural dynamic calculation.
• Awarded title of the National outstanding Expert by the state council of China in 1986, alongside 20 national awards as a civil engineer.
