Kavita Bala

• Bala is renowned for her work on computer graphics using deep learning.
• She received a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology and a Masters and Doctorate in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
• Additionally, Bala is the co-founder of Grok style, a graphics search company that was recently acquired by Facebook. She is an Associate editor of ACM (Bala is renowned for her work of computer graphic using deep learning) Transactions on Graphics.
• Bala was awarded as an ACM Fellow in 2019, "for contributions to rendering and scene understanding."
