Pippa Grange

Grange completed a BSc Psychology at Loughborough University and doctorate in Applied Psychology at the Victoria University, Australia.
She has vast experience working with elite athletes in the Australian Football League (AFL).
As head of people and team development at the FA, she helped the Lionesses reach the semi-finals of the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
Grange's book, ‘Fear Less’ espouses that; “Love is definitely stronger than fear when it comes to performance” .
Recently, she founded Bluestone Edge, a company that helps sports organisations create a sound culture for success.
