Our School of Sport and Exercise Sciences is asking all LJMU students to complete our annual Student Lifestyle and Health Online Survey.

What’s more, once you complete the survey, you’ll be entered into a prize draw to win one of multiple high street vouchers.

The survey will ask about:

  • You: we ask you to describe yourself.
  • Your lifestyle: we ask you about your smoking status, diet, weight, sleep quality, alcohol consumption, and, participation in sport, physical activity and sitting, and reasons for exercising.
  • Your social and mental health: we ask you about your quality of life and your levels of depression, stress, anxiety and wellbeing.

The purpose of the survey is to gain an overall picture of the health and wellbeing of JMU students and help us shape student services in the future.

You can take part and fill in the survey here.

If you have any questions or require  further information, please contact Dr Lee Graves, School of Sport and Exerise Sciences.
