Could you be the EDI rep for your faculty or Professional Services?
LJMU has created five Associate Dean positions across the faculties and one for Professional Services to support the university in driving forward the Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity agenda.
The EDI Associate Deans will work closely with the central university's EDI team to create an EDI strategy and action plan to be implemented across the faculty/professional services.
The positions will be fixed term until August 2024 and can be worked alongside the postholder's current role.
The posts are ringfenced to those working in the faculties or Professional Services. Applicants will preferably be at Faculty Management Team/Professional Services Management level.
