Data protection related policy updates
The following policies have received minor amendments:
- Data Protection Impact Assessment Procedure
- Data Protection Policy
- Personal Data Breach Policy
- Data Subject Rights Policy
Amendments include but are not limited to, an updated quick guide flowchart at Appendix 2 of the Personal Data Breach Policy, which includes practical examples of mitigation measures and process changes to consider following a personal data breach – in addition, a new glossary of terms in the Data Protection Policy, to help staff understand the terminology.
Policies can be accessed via the LJMU Policy Centre and staff can use the search function, using the name of the policy, to access the relevant document.
