Research and Knowledge Exchange policy update

The Academic Board has recently approved updates to the Research and Knowledge Exchange Data Management Policy.

This policy reflects the university’s commitment to research and knowledge exchange as a key component of the institution’s Strategy 2030 (and thereafter). It is one of a number of policies in place to facilitate academic and research integrity and the performance of high-quality research and knowledge exchange activities.

The policy has been updated in relation to sector standards, regulations and processes whilst also reflecting organisational changes at LJMU. Additionally, the policy now includes extra details and guidance to all staff and PGR students about rights retention, data management and data retention in relation to Research and Knowledge Exchange activity.

Policies can be accessed via the LJMU Policy Centre. If you have any issues accessing the policies, please do not hesitate to contact policies@ljmu.ac.uk for further support.
