Online travel request process to replace travel receipt books

When requesting university travel, you will now be able to do this quickly and easily through Staff Infobase.

Travel receipt books will be phased out during August and replaced with an online system, providing a single application process for staff travel bookings (currently requiring staff to complete a paper-based application form).

The single application process will capture all relevant information, such as risk assessment and travel insurance where applicable. The workflow process will provide visibility of the application at all stages.

The online process will assist in supporting our net carbon aims and enable the university to obtain consolidated travel reporting.
