Redmonds Building enhancements

The next phase of refurbishments to Redmonds Building is scheduled to take place between May and September this year.

Following last year’s works, this project will upgrade the heat, vent and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in the building.

This will affect teaching rooms and other spaces on the ground, lower ground, first and second floors of the building. As a result, these areas will not be accessible and rooms on those floors are not available to be booked during this period.

There may also be some impact on the higher floors while the project is delivered with disruption to cooling and ventilation. Please check with Estate Development and Campus Services before arranging activity on the upper floors during this period.

The works are essential for the provision of an excellent teaching and learning environment for our students and staff. They are being carried out over the summer to minimise disruption.
