Liverpool John Moores University is a very supportive institution, especially when it comes to international students. I felt this support way before even setting foot on UK soil! Personally, I found the lecturers to be extremely caring. They understood that their students came in from different parts of the globe, with different academic cultures, and did their best to support our integration into the UK education system.

  • research and policy roles
  • further doctoral study

In this journey of my career progression, LJMU has the biggest contribution I believe. When I came to Liverpool, I was timid and confused about the new place, new culture, and also new education systems. The Faculty of Health, however, were great in supporting my entering into the university life, each and every aspect of it.
