Project to Review Student Feedback on Online Learning
This Teaching and Learning Academy project is to better understand what students think about online learning.
The university wants to use feedback that students have already given to make improvements.
What is the project about?
LJMU collects feedback from students through surveys. This includes the National Student Survey (NSS) and other questionnaires that students complete during their courses.
The university is now looking carefully at all this information to see what it tells them about online learning.
What will the university do?
Over the next three months, the project team will:
- Find all the surveys that ask about online learning
- Look at what students have said
- Find patterns in the feedback
- Work out what is missing from current surveys
- Make suggestions for improvements
Why does this matter?
Student feedback is important. By listening to what students say about online learning, LJMU can make changes that really help.
