Moving to New Online Portfolio System
Canvas is replacing its current online portfolio system with a new and better one.
The old Canvas ePortfolio system will stop working on June 30, 2026.
What is an ePortfolio?
An ePortfolio is like a digital folder where students can collect and show their best work. Some courses use portfolios to help students track their learning and achievements.
Who does this affect?
This change affects students and tutors who currently use Canvas ePortfolios.
What do I need to do?
If you use an ePortfolio, you need to:
- Save copies of all your work before June 30, 2026
- Learn how to use the new portfolio system
- Move your important content to the new system
How do I download the contents of my ePortfolio?
