Edtech Team Capacity Update What This Means for Staff and Students



We wanted to take a moment to be open and transparent with staff and students across LJMU about the current situation within the central Edtech team.

Due to a number of reasons, the team is currently operating with significantly reduced capacity over the coming months. We understand that many of you rely on our support for day-to-day teaching, learning, and the smooth running of digital tools and platforms. We want to assure you that we are fully aware of the impact this may have.

We do ask that staff and students are patient and understanding if response times are a little longer than usual or if issues take more time to resolve than you might ordinarily expect.

We truly appreciate your understanding during this time, and we will keep you updated as the situation develops. If you have a query or issue, please do still get in touch through the usual channels. Every request is important to us and will be dealt with as promptly as we are able.
