Entry requirements

The following requirements are a guide only and can differ depending on your course of study and your own personal experience.

Undergraduate

Applicants require a High School Graduation Diploma with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and one of the following:

  1. A minimum score of 1200 in SAT I including 600 in Mathematics and 600 in evidence-based Reading and Writing; or
  2. An ACT with a score of 26; or
  3. Three AP exams each with scores of 3.

AP and SAT subject tests can be used interchangeably as long as three subject areas are covered in total.

Where standardised tests have not been accessible, we may consider strong academic performance in AP or Honours classes as detailed on your high school transcript. All applicants will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Postgraduate

Applicants require a 4 year Bachelors Degree with a minimum CGPA: 2.5/4.0 (equivalent to 2:2) or 3.0/4.0 (equivalent to 2:1) For SCS Programmes a GPA of 3.3 is required for programs that require a 2:1.

Financial aid

Please see our Information on US Federal Loans and more section for details about federal and private loans, cost of attendance etc.

Faq Items

English language

All international applicants must have an internationally recognised English language qualification, such as IELTS (International English Language Testing Service), Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic or TOEFL iBT. There may be a qualification that is specific to your country and, in most cases, this will be either listed above or on the previous page under 'English Language School Qualifications'. There may also be some exceptions to this requirement if you are from a majority English speaking country, in which case, a recent high school diploma or equivalent may be sufficient.

There may be other English language qualifications we can accept, depending on the exam board and period of time in which they were achieved. If you are unsure if you are in receipt of a suitable English language qualification and would like us to consider it, please attach the relevant documents to your application and we will assess this for you.
