Nearly £3k raised in first week of NSS

Nearly £3k raised in first week of NSS

A huge thank you to everyone who has helped us to raise a fantastic £2,950 for charity by completing the National Student Survey (NSS) in the first week.

LJMU is making a donation to local homeless charity, The Whitechapel Centre, for every survey completed by eligible students.

Your responses to this independent survey will also really help us to understand what we are doing well and where we can make enhancements for students in the future.

If you’ve not already completed the survey, just check your LJMU email account for a message from Ipsos MORI and click on your personalised link.

The survey only takes about 10 minutes to complete and can easily be done on your phone.

If you complete the survey soon, you will avoid receiving lots of reminders from Ipsos MORI. They will begin telephoning people who have not yet responded next week.

Well done to those of you in the Faculty of Science for raising the most money so far, narrowly ahead of the Faculty of Education, Health and Community!

To find out more about the fantastic work you are supporting by completing the NSS – and how you can make a referral if you are concerned about somebody sleeping rough – check out The Whitechapel Centre website.
