Mind the GaP!

Time is rapidly running out for Principal Investigators to be trained on the new Grants and Projects (GaP) system. It has been agreed by the University that any bids for external funding (research and enterprise activity) from April 2020 will need to be set up by the Principal Investigator on the GaP system, so it’s important that you book onto training ASAP.

RIS are running regular training sessions (which you must attend to gain access to the GaP system) twice a week until the end of April 2020. These sessions last approximately 1.5 hours and take place across the University. Please visit https://www.ljmu.ac.uk/ris/grants-and-projects-gap/training to book onto a date and time to suit you.

We have also created a variety of support materials to assist you on the GaP system including films, a user guide and regular GaP Clinics – every fortnight.
